Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Methods

Courier Guy

• We use The Courier Guy for nationwide delivery within South Africa.

• Delivery times typically range between 1–3 business days, depending on location.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Uber Delivery

• Available upon customer request.

• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the Uber delivery.

• Edge Beauty is not responsible for any delays or damages once the parcel has been collected by the Uber driver.

Collection

• Local collection is available by arrangement.

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier or Uber driver, Edge Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party services.
