Refund Policy
At Edge Beauty, we are committed to supplying high-quality professional lash products. Due to the nature of our products, the following refund policy applies:
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Lash adhesives (glue)
- Primer
- Removers
- Any opened lash trays
- Used accessories
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
